Currently in Winston-Salem working through the estate in person. Sorting, photographing, and cataloging materials from the Cremean and De Lavergne collections. Physical presence makes it possible to assess condition, context, and provenance in ways remote work can't.
Manual trans rebuild on a 2008 xB. Third gear engagement failure traced to a worn shift fork and synchro damage. Sourcing internals from a 2001 Celica GT donor — the C56 and C59 share enough to make it viable.
Sadly, The Shell is a write-off. Currently we are going through the car to figure out what's worth pulling — powertrain, suspension, aero, cage hardware. The 13B is the obvious priority but everything gets looked at before anything gets scrapped.
Working through the full site. CSS bugs fixed on the index, now page updated, beliefs.html and defunct.html in progress.
Normalization research for autocross and hillclimb. PAX critique writeup is drafted. FWD/RWD delta coefficients still need more event data before they're usable.
Docker stack is largely stable. Pi-hole + Unbound, NPM, Nextcloud, Jellyfin, arr suite, Paperless-NGX, Immich. Photo migration from cloud into Immich ongoing.
Teensy 4.1-based logger (M9N GPS, LSM6DSO32 IMU, MCP2515 CAN). GPS + IMU sync is working. CAN bus integration is the active debugging front.
CSS syntax errors, missing tag-purple class, malformed transitions, and structural issues resolved.
iMac migration complete. Wayland + KDE Plasma dialed in. paru, OrcaSlicer, input-remapper all running.
Wooden shop dolly built for garage / driveway use. Functional, mobile, doesn't tip.
